4:13 is one of my favorite MBMBaM moments ever. Justin winds up, Griffin realizes what he's about to do just too late, and through the cacophony of soundboard noises you can just make out the sound of Travis saying "Ah, Jesus Christ." It so perfectly sums up what I love about MBMBaM.

I'm sorta disappointed they aren't reviving the BookIt program. I'm sure it wasn't the most profitable thing ever, but it was a lot of fun for the kids who had it growing up.

The secret is that they did a long Star Wars based bit and they feel really self conscious about it. Nothing even remotely bad happened during it.

I dunno why it bothers me so much, but in the drumsticks segment they never even bring up the possibility of it being for a costume

I watched Shazam, it was the first DC movie that was entertaining, AND good.

I know someone else said it, but MaxFunDrive is a 1/year thing by their publisher (Maximum Fun). I don't think they explained it as well as Judge John Hodgman. Basically, the publisher uses little to no advertiser dollars and relies on direct cash from listeners to pay artists and technicians and other staff.

Nothing terrible, they just got into a bit about Star Wars and spend most of the show talking about it. It just became a running gag that they fucked up and act like they feel really bad about it.

Saaaaaame. They repeat the same shit for 10 minutes for two weeks straight, 3 times an episode. I get they are looking for suport but WE GET IT.

It's slowly gotten to the point where there's less than 30 mins of content, and the rest is just sponsored ads, self promotion, and constant trying to get their wives podcasts too even though they aren't funny. Go back and listen to the first 200 episodes, the whole episodes were jokes except for 5-10 minutes of ads.
