I mean, its in the context of cats so it means lightly batting at someone with your paw, not call in an armed anti-terrorism squad on them. I haven't heard any stories of cats doing the latter

They are using swatting correctly, it's primarily used to mean a light slap

@@theWeaverofTales yes im aware of that. But the wording in the original wikihow could have easily led into a joke about the other form of swatting.
