Ok I remember the “questions to ask guys” bit because my name is Theo, and it’s not very common. I’m also trans, and when I first listened to the episode, i wasn’t out to my parents or family yet. I almost cried when just said “hey Theo?”, and to this day, i remember it. There’s no reason for me to be attached to this one clip, besides the fact that it gave me recognition I didn’t have at home. This man has no idea who I am, but he said my name during a time when that’s honestly what I needed most. Sorry it’s kinda rambly and off topic, but hearing it again made me smile.

Bacap FUN FACTS: the only reason I know that gelatin includes animal fat/bone stuff is bc I was researching what a person has to avoid eating in order to stay Kosher/Halal out of curiosity, at which point I also learned that particularly devout Muslims and Jews avoid taking liqui-gel capsules bc those, too, contain some type of gelatin in the coating that COULD potentially contain some pig. This also applies to basically any squishy food, so no fruit chews or Swedish fish or anything like that (vegans try to avoid it too). There ARE plant-based substitutes, apparently, but they can be hard to find bc most people don’t even know gelatin contains animal.

Also Griffin was a genuinely sad man and it's really disheartening to listen to him in those episodes sometimes. About the fish photo one: I’m a non-binary, but womanesque person who’s not into fishing, but I think it’s possible that at least some of the guys holding up fish in their pictures are just visually showcasing an interest of theirs, though whether or not they’re also trying to flex, idk. It’s like taking a picture of you sitting on a gondola to show that you like traveling or holding your pet if you’re an animal lover.

ah dude i hope he's off ur back by now. when i wanted a guy to stop interacting with me but was also afraid i would provoke him into starting shit with my family, i just became absolutely boring. he'd text me and id reply with the blandest response i could think of. if i stopped texting him out of the blue he'd have grown suspicious so instead i started conversations abt the most boring topics. things u cant hold half a conversation about. from there i started reducing how often id text him back and in a couple months we stopped talking entirely. it was a huge relief. i assume it might be a bit more complicated to do this to a person u know irl, but maybe try the same concept, different methods? this way leaving u would feel like it was his own choice, not one he was "forced" to make to respect ur boundaries like a decent hecking human

i think I'd pay a bunch of fake TV doctors to talk about health benefits of eating bugs, and have a fried bug eating challenge at the same time.

The first clip makes me laugh, but I don't really get why it's in this compilation? Am I missing something here?

Okay so first you invite people into a food tasting and lie and say it's for a burger or some other food based item, so instead of beef it's bugs and market it as a high protein cow substitute due to the lack of pollution and the amount of bugs needed to do this you can use the money to make facilities to make bug and grind them up
