hey bro! YES!! I learned my lesson, the hard way. Top speed into a curb with my redcat rampage rally. Luckily the stock motor is so slow, that it's not fully destroyed, LOL. Anyway, I've never had a Runaway Rovan, but you never know. IF the servo locks up, then a fail-safe will be useless (this happened to me). Nitrogang!!.

hey my dude! thanks for watching! Trust me bro, I learned m lesson once with a locked up throttle servo, if I had this kill-switch I would to have destroyed a nice gas RC, I'm still pissed about it. This is why I made this video.

I recently purchased a fly sky gt3b and im stoked about it. Got it hooked up to 2 nitros and a wpl. I love it! I had rechargeible batteries so I don't have to worry about it killing them. Big upgrade over the am radio I had. ( But my fav radio is still the Jr xs lineup)

what's up homie! YES, I've been using the GT3B for years until I upgraded to the GT5 model. Both are extremely intuitive and easy to use, with awesome built-in failsafe features. Plus the receivers are so cheap you can just keep buying and USED rcs without radios and just run this one, You right!!!. Great upgrade my dude.

Man it must be nice having a working kill-switch now lol That fuel line is awesome, i have some on my hpi baja. Once some stuff sells i have posted im using that money to put into my rcs. Im hoping to have more video out soon! I do really appreciate the support! God speed brother!

hey bro! Yep, this kill-switch is truly a work of art. BTW, most people don't mention this, but this kill-switch comes with it's own new kill button, while the dynamite one and most others require you to re-use the old one. Plus each wire in this unit is replaceable and fairly inexpensive, in case a wire rips of gets frayed. I've begun using this fuel line on my nitros too btw, it works amazing, surprisingly.

The absolute best kill switch you can buy, period! Killer Rc makes quality products for sure! I have a flysky gt-5 son! Beand new in box with 2 receivers ready for any 1/5 transplant! I m thinking The Rcmaxgang needs to utilize tgat Radio in thw Rcmax Supreme 55 Baja Build which i just had that horrid setback! hey man! You got it! thanks for watching! I've been running this setup for a while now, and absolutely zero issues. Highly reliable. I once had a complete runaway due to a locked up throttle servo, I've since learned my lesson and run the kill-switch on all my gas RCs.

hey bro! Yes, this is the most expensive kill switch, no denying that. But you saw the previous video where I could not get the Dynamite one to function right? You know I'm a CHEAP SOB, but this thing is really a work of art. Unlike the dynamite one each separate wire on this unit is replaceable and pretty cheap to replace, so it pretty much has an infinite life. If anything happens to the others, you're done, you can't replace a single wire on the others, you know.

very important I really need one of those last time my 5th scale buggy runaway so badly even I couldn't stop it and fall down on the ground I was trying to stop by my foot but technically it was my mistake because of that my whole body roll up in the air and landed safely on the ground and finally buggy stop by pavement without hurting anyone I am planning to buy from aliexpress

hey bro! Got a question for you, did you ever figure out a good way on how to charge the RC battery without having to remove the radio tray cover each time. That is the most annoying part. I could route the charge wires outside of the cover, but there has got to be a better solution to this.

hey bro! The gt3 will work great with this kill switch also, no problems there. BTW, I'd be extremely careful using a traxxas remote with any gas or nitro RC, I recently discovered they do not have any fail-safe feature at all. Do you have a fail-safe for your throttle servo on your rampage mt? On my jato the TQi remote will just go to neutral if I have signal loss, which is not ideal.

@@DavidAnderson-gp1zu yup, that means there is no failsafe on traxxas remotes. Its good to apply neutral on all electrics, but not ideal for nitros and gas rcs if they have a servo fault, u know!!

I can’t believe that nice of a transmitter you have to select the car you’re using that’s why I like my Traxxas controller because I have 20 cars on it and it automatically links maybe it’s 23 now LOL

hey dude, I'm to aware of any Traxxas Remote that has multiple memory, which are you talking about? Some remotes, mainly the GT3B does not recognize which receiver it's paired to if it's paid to 2+, it will only remember the trim settings. This GT5 goes beyond only trim settings, it will not link to a receiver if it's on the wrong model memory, this is the best scenario. If you run an electric and nitro on the same radio, you do not want a full brake to be your fail-safe setting for an electric, because that would be full reverse.

hybrid32494 it’s model 6530 it’s a five channel transmitter for the two cars I have that have front and rear locking diffs and a high and low gear it also has telemetry on it so I can see the temperatures of the motors on my cars on my phone On a sidenote I don’t think I ever told you the RC I was bidding on on eBay it’s called a thunder king and it’s by MRC it’s almost 30 years old

Here’s your Tygon on nitro heads up: it don’t work. They get too hot and they harden, and fall off. Tried this on an old nitro stampede back when I first started. Especially on the exhaust pressure like, tygon can’t take the heat. A great fuel line for GAS rc though!!

So far I've been running one nitro for testing and using only the Tygon line for the exhaust, we will see if it's worth doing or not. If I get a year out of it, I'll be happy enough. hey buddy! All gas kill-switched work by pressing the 3rd Channel AUXiliary button on any 3Ch and up radio. I use the Flysky GT5. What you need to do is to set the 3RD channel failsafe so it activates when the radio is turned off, and also the 3rd channel itself is like an on/off switch so the kill-switch unit will know when it's Active or not active.

hey bro! Guess what, you don't even need a full video on the Klotz Benol, I can give you an instant response right now. I have been running the KLOTZ BENOL this whole past year in all of my gas RCs, it's perfectly fine. For your info and as a comparison for me I've run Maxima 927, Klotz Benol, Klotz super techniplate, Redline and Dominator so far. Price wise the KLOTZ brand is cheaper, no denying that, and it runs perfect. Personally I did not like the Maxima 927 because it's not tinted, the other oil you can easily see have a reddish tint when mixed.

LOL. yes, I know exactly what you mean. First you need to show the problem, then explain how the linkages work, then take apart the trans, then see what the issue could be. Then you also have to spend like 4 minutes on the Terra Crusher Trans PDF talking about the forward clutch. This is why I have not followed-up on the issue myself.

what's up bro! Unfortunately the only RC that comes with a built-in auxiliary Kill Switch is my very own Primal MT. The problem is the Receivers have fail-safes already programmed as usual, but they cannot cut spark to the coil. For that you need a completely different set of wiring, like the one I installed in this video, you know.

YUP, I agree. All all has RCs should come with 3rd channel kill switches, but currently only the PRIMAL MT does.

hey bro! I tried 2 different Dynamite ones, and could not get either working no matter what I did. This is why I eventually got this more expensive KIller Bee model. The buzzer on this thing is great, and another very useful benefit is that all the wires are replaceable and you could purchase them separately from killer RC, in case you ever have a frayed or damaged wire, you know.
