It can be both things

Breadcrumbing is not only verbal. Typical breadcrumbing behavior of an ex is open to dating or meeting and last-minute stepping back. Or be open to meeting or dating but avoiding the particular opportunities.

This is a much different definition of breadcrumbing than I am familiar with

I'm so pissed. I was in NC for 3 days and she text me asking If I was ok. I replied 45 minutes later saying I'm cool and how she was. She said she was fine and she was just checking on me. My dumb ass asked her to go out for a bite. She said that wouldn't be a good idea and after that a disagreement ensued. I went on to tell her I feel she left me for someone else and etc. She became angry and told me it was a huge mistake to text me and will never happen again. I feel like I got dumped again. She said right now she's not interested in a relationship with me. Mind you I proposed to her 4/10/21 in which she accepted. So I'm pissed how bad things went. I was initially gonna ignore her. But my happiness wrecked it all. Thoughts coach Clay ??

Hello clay, i have been watching your channel for a time. Sry cant afford a coachinf call. Just maybe your opinion on something. So i recently started a business with a ex friend of hers (female frienx) and she kinda took bad? Lol. Sell she texted me yesterday and did not respond because i was actually busy and she spammed called me because she was "worries". She broke up with with me 8 months ago. We were eight years and last two long distance. Should i overthink this scenario and find a meaning behind it or just take it has nothing and just keep focusing on living my life. Hi Alberto, We may not know what your ex or think as of the moment but it sounds like you both have to communicate things properly. Instead of overthinking and finding meaning over it, communicate with her so you'll understand where she is coming from.

I've been doing no contact, my ex reaches out sporadically and I respond casually just being polite. But every time she contacts me she keeps bringing up why she left and how her past has affected her in moving forward with relationships even tho I never bring up the breakup. She says she's doing it to give me "perspective" on why she she did it. Is this her just breadcrumbing me or is this her way of reaching out to say she's not sure about wanting the breakup?

It doesn't sound like shes breadcrumbing you. Shes actually trying to engage in a real heartfelt reply. I would be cautious by re engaging and asking if she wants to talk things through. Dont tell her your feelings. Make her think you are moving on but are considering her offer.

Great video clay. I don’t know how to move things forward when my ex told me that she only wants to talk or hang out here and there. She said like once a month. We just hung out last weekend and that’s when she said it. To me everything went good. It was a good time. Talked the whole time and laughed a lot. She gave me a hug for like 2 minutes. Said I smell good. She likes my new tattoo. I told her I changed. She said she’s giving me this last chance. But we’re not talking or hanging out all the time. Maybe once a month. Any advice

ur in a good position she probly just isn’t ready to talk to you as much as you guys used to (yet) give her some time and within 2-3 meetups make her your girlfriend after that she will most likely talk to you more

Mine reached out to me after 2month of no contact to tell me she was in auto accident then later on that day that she completed her college course that was November 9th then on the 16th her youngest son called me to tell me he missed me and he love me then later on that evening she texted me to tell me she still has my name tattooed on her that was on the 16th of November is here testing the waters

Hey Clay, when I interact with my ex it’s usually very inconsistent. Sometimes we can go on and talk for hours about anything, but sometimes we can barely talk and usually only exchange a few words. I want to make our interaction more consistent but don’t know why sometimes we can talk effortlessly.

My high school ex breadcrumbed me on social media and later rejected me. Never forget once an ex always and ex on social media. Unfriended and going no contact. I think she was seeking attention and validation and I told her so. She was never the prettiest girl but has improved her appearance of late. I really think she sought me out for validation with no interest at dating again. Bitch needs to grow up and stop messing with my emotions.
