Damn right.. when I was away for 2 weeks he keeps on calling me even tho he knows Im not online.. and now that I’m back again, he just said how he missed me and then ignored me again... 🙄

I don’t play these little games and I do not tolerate it either. I walk away the minute I sense this form of manipulation. I finally met an emotionally available man and we are on the same wavelength. It is a beautiful thing.

The hot guy at the gym is trying this crap with me now and it’s honestly making me resent him. I even joined a new gym just so I no longer have to put up with his constant stare and then ignore BS. Maybe If 🤡s on the internet quit giving bad advice people would just start being themselves and knock it off with the dumb childish manipulation games already

This is such EXCELLENT advice. If you are REALLY listening, he is really not talking about how to gain a partner - he is telling you how to gain yourself and in doing so you get the guy

The best time to pull away from him is when he’s already having a bad day because his emotions will run deeper and your absence will have more of an impact on him. Our instinct is to nurture during this time but do the opposite. This is when he really begins to miss you.

Sometimes the guy will push so hard he’ll not be able to pull you back anymore - I’ve been through an emotional rollercoaster with the guy and he can seriously go play somewhere else - I should’ve walked alone earlier but I went in a typical pity mode - his depression and midlife crisis allowing him to play with me the way he wanted.

Alex you are right on!!! I prefer it if a man pulls fairly early cause if I really like him it gives me the space to humanize him. And to remember I don’t care if he likes me, what matters is do I like him. I am the chooser not the chosen. And if I’m meh oh him then no great loss. 🤓💕🌸

Emotions and the suffering when u dont text or call him suffocates me 😥

I firmly believe that he's number 1 coach about relationship because his techniques are easily to comprehend and practical.

YES. I totally agree with you. Many of us have been taught/encouraged to be codependent. I was one of those people thinking that I was supposed to bend over backwards in order to get a man to love me, and not take care of my needs and wants first. And ended up heart broken when the man rejected/neglected me. Thanks to messages like this. Yes girl. Love this message. In Jesus name amen. I come from such a codependent family. I am independent myself, but have co dependent tendencies. I changed the focus to Jesus and myself and my life totally changed. Changing everyday.

Alex, I love that game. It always fails because my principle is recieve-respond. If he doesn't give me something to recieve he gets nothing from me. After giving me five times , I can give him once. It works well. I am always on lazy mode😂😂

Basically excusing bad, toxic behavior. Women will do the push pull too and it's still toxic. Love needs to be reciprocal and caring. Not people pulling away or ignoring you. That's ridiculous. The pushing away is called avoidant attachment and it's toxic. The pulling is called anxious attachment, that's toxic too. The goal is to get to secure attachment, that is each person being loving, kind and finding happiness/joy in themselves and each other. However, I do agree with enjoying your own life and be happy with just you. Focus on your personal healing as you cannot change anyone else.❤
