She has a none practical thing of mine she could of dropped off with mutual work colleagues. It's a grip strength trainer. She was in a rebound within the first week. She passes by my work place when she doesn't have to, infact going out of her way to do so. Big detail... I broken the situationship with her. So dif situation I guess.

One day, seeing her didn't hurt anymore..I was sitting alone in my apartment..quiet and alone..it felt good.. peaceful. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

@@dannysgamingchannel463 I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but firstly, all summer my ex was liking nearly every new picture I posted of myself. But keeping NC, I didn't respond and was trying to move on. A month ago, she started including me in "group snaps" on snapchat again. I was like "oh well, maybe she did it by accident" but the week she first did this, it was time for her to like 3 statuses in one week on FB. But I didn't budge. Then a month later, I get another group snap. The last time it took 6 days for me to look at it, this time 1 day. Then the following group snaps I wasn't included, so I was like maybe it's over. I know you have to include someone on snapchat consciously, and she isn't exactly an amateur using that app either. And it had been since before we broke up months back that I was included in those snaps. But she knew I was looking at all her new snaps the past month. But I thought it was maybe all a coincidence and downplayed all this (because like a lot of the dating gurus or ex back coaches say, no direct approach from the ex who dumped you, no contact until this happens). But yesterday there was another snap. I wasn't included in the group snap, but I noticed something. The snap included a song from a band that I told her specifically that I would always remember her by and think about our relationship when I hear this particular band. I don't know if it just was where she was at was playing the song, but I found it curious. She hadn't been using snapchat alot lately, and it seemed like her activity also picked up once I started looking at all her snaps. I know I'm probably overthinking this, but who knows lol

My ex does the same thing. She says the meanest things about how terrible I am. Then 2 days ago she text me saying she thinks we should be together and how she'll never leave my side. But then when we talk on the phone last night, we had a good conversation with no fighting but she says she's still not ready for the relationship again.

What if you hear and know they talk about you negatively on fb messenger at times? I don't think it's bc she wants me back but yeah not good in my eyes

My ex unfriended me, blocked me then almost 2 yrs later, liked my stories and followed me then a few days ago unfollowed me.

Immediately when we met these last two times, he texted a thank you text within two hours after the meeting (we normally only send one text per day to eachother). He sort of gets worried that he might lose me, maybe because I'm rather calm as we part, smile and a big hug, nothing more. I don't go "When do I get to see you again?" because I'm quite secure we'll text or phone about the plans. If I answer this text calmly and briefly, like "Thank you too :-), it was nice that you came over here.", not stirred up at all, then the next day he will text something triangulating, about a female friend, or mention of a singer with burlesque style, or such. Being "Very masculine". He doesn't know that he does this, I gather it's unwitting.

What does it mean if my ex is posting being single it’s been a month since the breakup. I’m the dumper it was a rash impulsive decision over an argument. I instantly regretted it with it a few hours. Genuinely apologized took accountability and responsibility asked for another chance when or if the time is right. She ignored my messages. I’m going radio silent not watching her posts it hurts but I been going to therapy since the breakup to take care of my childhood traumas etc to grow and learn from this experience.

I had a horrible fight with my ex about a hicky he lied about because he’s on the rebound and then he blocked me on social media, but a couple days later we’re at a company picnic and im invited to a game with him and we get along and had fun plus he offered me a dc pepper because he knows I love them and we had a lot of fun, but still blocked a couple days later I would notice he still uses the Christmas tree popper I gave him for Christmas so he could cope with his stress and the raycons for his birthday but I guess that doesn’t mean anything what do you think?

She has been trying to get a reaction out of me after 4 weeks... Wearing my hoodie while taking selfie and pole dancing. She posted twice in 2 days after only a week of no contact. Damn crazy how you can see someone clearly after 4 weeks.

So, I split up with my ex, about 2 and a half years ago. It was my fault, wasn't something I wanted. She went onto have a rebound relationship, and she started drinking heavily. Over the past year, she's been in contact 3 times. First, we spoke on the phone, then she ghosted me. Last time, she was in hospital, and we got together a couple of times to chat and get her out for a bit. We spoke about a possible reconciliation, then the next day she went back on everything and disappeared. She's come back again this past weekend, just messages so far. She said the was feeling low, messaged me saying she was sorry, but not really made it clear why. She's said that she o ly wants to talk as friends, but relationship stuff keeps coming up in conversation. Similar my ex drinks all the time and i got sober. Her way of coping with the pain and you chose the healthier way. Mine was gym, reading journaling, hobbies but i still think a lot about it because it was more my fault it ended. I am at place where i do not need her and want her to be happy but i still find pain and regret. I would stay no contact and suggest not being friends because my ex wanted to so that as well but it is to hard for me because then feelings and emotions arise all over again.

My ex left me 5 months ago. She has always claimed she doesn’t care anymore but whenever I start to move on, she gets mad and jealous of my actions without her. She claims she just wants to be friends and nothing more but she’s always a bit flirty when we’re around each other. She claims it’s “how she’s always been”. But then she backs away if I reciprocate. She went back to her old ex but things didn’t work out the best with him. And she’s leaving to join the military and will be gone for at least 9 months. I know she’s still mad and blames me for a lot of things that lead to the break up. It seems like no matter how much one of us has said we’re moving on, we find our way back in contact. I don’t really understand how she’s feelings and what parts to believe. Maybe she really does just want to be friends. Or maybe she’s just still hurting. I guess I’m just confused. Any thoughts?

I sense that she wasn’t mature enough to work through the issues that led to your relationship splitting apart. Also that she’s afraid of intimacy with herself, which is why she pulls away from you rather than learning and growing from her mistakes with you. I sense she has an anxious/avoidant attachment style depending on who she’s with. I also sense that it’s easier for her to assign blame rather than feel guilty for what went wrong between you so she pulls away when uncomfortable. She needs narcissistic supply. That’s why she went back to her old ex, someone to validate her. I sense that she needs or seeks external attention or validation as a way to self soothe when she feels helpless/inadequate. Hope this helps you. I’m an intuitive.

What does it mean if an ex likes a social media post then unlikes it the next day?

It is common to question whether or not you’re making progress with your ex? He asks me to do things with him now by saying “I want you to do this with me” instead of just assuming I will go with him since we live together. However, I can’t tell if he’s just doing this friendly as he’s said or maybe there’s something more. @@viviannerivera4686 Can you give an update. My ex said she needed space so I gave her about 30 days. When I reached out to her she seemed okay but said she wasn't ready for the relationship again. I kept pestering her and putting pressure for about a week and a half. We had a good talk last night, no fighting or arguing but she still needs space. I told myself no more bothering her about it or reaching out first and I will give her space.

The past few days,my ex has made a small effort to be around me. Not so much spending time together but being around me in general but claims she's "talking to someone". Now what?

I did 5 months active no contact then reached out. My ex was friendly but then said he didn't really want to talk. I stayed calm, and explored this. He then said he was just worried about giving false hope. What does this mean? I went on to reassure I understood why he might feel that way, and that I wasn't here to add pressure. I then suggested a catch up call as friends or face to face (as moving up to a town near him soon). He jumped immediately for the latter option saying "Okay sounds good. Let me know when you move up to x :) ". Thoughts?

Him saying he doesnt want to give you false hope means he doesnt want you getting excited about being friends with him in hopes that he’ll give the relationship another chance. But i definitely think you should be hopeful because time changes a lot, and by you guys staying friends i think the chances of him falling for you again is really high. Dont give up!!

This is just my opinion; if someone blocks you on all platforms and refuses to talk with you, then they're definitely mad at you. Or sad and trying to forget you. Either way, they have some type of feelings for you. Could be good or bad. If you're constantly trying to get in contact with your ex, I'd just leave him/her alone. You know, "if you love something, let it go. If it comes back to you, it's yours. If it doesn't, its not." Again, only my opinion from first hand experience.

My ex definitely gets emotional when & after we talk. We have a shared dog, who my ex knows I adrore. My ex has now stopped me seeing our dog. Yes, it does, thank you. I've gone back into NC. I'll contact her again in a few months. To see if she has calmed down. My ex is still very angry with me. She's told me that she can't understand why it took her to kick me out before I made the changes to my life, that she had been asking for, for so long. I guess everytime she see's the new me. It just brings up that anger and her emotions/feelings for me. We were together for 9yrs (mainy very good years). We had a great family unit. I helped bring her children up. I guess those feelings don't just go away. I really appreciate your videos. They are helping me a lot at the moment.

My ex broke up with me after 1 year and 7 months. We haven't been together for a month and we started arguing and she told me that I had hurt her and that she didn't want to be with me anymore. She went to Rome with another boy 3 weeks after the breakup. it destroyed me emotionally completely as if our relationship meant nothing. It is normal ?

@@ClayAndrews can you give me advise my ex left over a guy she says is her friend i kept trying to get her to remove him from are circle she matched with him on tinder and exchanged messes after words he only appeared 6 month into are relationship when we bumped into him at the same gym she goes to and she was open to tell me about tinder but said nothing came from it my gut went crazy and told me different so cut a long story short there was alot of fights accoured and he herd about them and new I wasn't comfortable with this so he makes himself a bit more noticeable liking things on facebook commenting on are pics etc.... red flag she couldn't take no more of me wanting him out of the picture and would fight with me rather than just remove herself she also lent him money twice before we met and he would text her when we where fighting asking for her to get him things knowing we were broke up it's far to close for comfort to me so she blocks me changed her status to single then a few days later he blocks me that tells me they are confeding in each other and she is backstabbing me isn't she ?????

honsetly im lost since the reason he broke with me was because of his anger issues and his mom siad some things to him that made him reiliaz that. When he broke with me he siad he wanted to still be my friend ( which btw i never agreed to it or wanted it byt i gave it a try at the end )but he dosent talk to me or text me. I tried to text and talk to him already but im not going to keep trying cuz its not right that im trying to be nice even though he broke with me. How do you get over the dip? My soon to be ex wife is causing me to go through multiple trials. I know she is not over me so I have hope but the trials(me moving out, and paying double rent and she not wanting to be alone with me in a room) is exhausting and is taking time and money.

Yeah, she broke up with me. But I can see that she still has feelings and she is in riding the dragon phase. I guess I just don't have patience and money to wait.

I wouldn't give too much meaning on that. I would still rather let you focus on making actual actions like building connection with the person instead of looking for signs if he is over you or not. We have to practice an active approach.

I just get to know tht my ex now live together with his new gf .. They dated from 8th December on n he dumped me 3 days before.. N now I got to see tht they already live together 👀 donno when this happened... But I am shocked.. N she looks ladikos n much older.. She don't even nearly look like his ex wife or me... Why do u think did they move on so fast? Even tho she called him wank in January

My gf (who broke up with me 7 weeks ago) went on about how she didn't want to date right away or anything and tried to sound so mature on the phone when she broke up with me but that's exactly what she did. Started going on a complete hookup spree and seems to be desperately looking for someone on dating sites and all that. She keeps updating her profiles trying to get attention. It's obvious that she can't be alone and is doing all this stuff to cope. It's honestly sad. I mean, she may not necessarily be wanting me back but she's obviously not over me if she's coping this hard. I've been in no contact with her since she broke up with me but I'm obviously having trouble leaving her socials alone. Heh.

@@SuperUNREALX Ha, wow. 7 weeks. Almost 9 mos now. Not a word. Still no contact. I got way into manifestation but that doesn't seem to have done anything. At least, as far as I can see. I mean...I've seen things sort of evolve in her socials over time. I think she dated someone for a while but as far as I can tell she's single now. Might have an FWB or something though. I'd rather not know. I haven't had so much as a finger tips touch of affection since the last time I touched her. But that kind of thing is just easier for women than it is for men. It's been a long, painful 9 mos and it's still going. But I've been experiencing better states here and there lately. For moments at a time. Still haven't really gotten myself back yet.

It happens to a lot of women. They can’t handle being alone so sleep around for months until they realise they can’t fill the void with meaningless sex. Then they will come crawling back. It took my ex 6 months, just as I started to get over it, guess who came up begging for me back….Not gonna happen. Why would I now want you after 20 dudes been through you in 6 months 😂 Women be crazy. But yeah, it’s a coping mechanism. Don’t read into it too much.

Oh, also, we were together for 5 years. She was on tinder within a week of the breakup. Tried to portray the ‘free spirit’ type. I could see right through it and she broke down crying when we saw each other one time 😂
