Bench press 4x 6-10
Weighted chin ups 4 x 6-10
Superset 2
Chest supported row 4 x 6-10
Weighted dips 4 x 6-10
Superset 3
1 arm dumbbell overhead press 4 x 6-10
Seated DB Power Cleans 4 x 8-12
Superset 4
Incline DB Curls 4 x 8-12
Overhead Tricep extension 4 x 8-12
Progression
Once you have hit the top of the range on all sets then increase weight
Eg bench press 4 x 10
