I completed my first 100 Navy Seals today 🙌. Thanks for the motivation and inspiration. 2 months ago 10 press up was as much as i could rep out. I was not fast but i stuck at it and completed the 100 and was so pleased with this achievement. Thanks for the videos you are an inspiration . Stay strong 💪

14 weeks in with burpees and Kettlebell thrusters. The amazing feeling of my endurance now being able to endure the task at hand and my muscles are fatigued before my lungs. What a powerful feeling 💪🏽. 36 y/o and I thought I was "getting old and stiff" 😂 Now I feel the mental clarity and vitality of my young 36 years. 🎉

This is amazing and powerful information as a 48 year old man who just cant enjoy boring ass repetitive weight lifting. I got kettlebells and im going to practice more lifting them overhead and get better at all types of burpees. I am going to become an efficient machine that cannot be stopped. I also bought a sledgehammer today so tomorrow I can smash the tractor tire at the gym outside after my burpee set. Thanks for all you do

Great message that I think is just as relevant to younger people. I just think older people have more experience and come to realise the limitations of a traditional weight lifting programme. We have busier lives so don’t have so much time to waste. Us older types also appreciate that well being and longevity are big factors so we need to embrace strength AND conditioning AND mobility. We learn, think for ourselves and break out of the mould. Young people can do it too and learn from our mistakes 👍

I might not agree a 100% with this (I'm 20 years old, maybe that's why!), but I find this very great info, especially the part where you talked about "optimal" training, which takes all the fun away from training. I actually find just doing regular calisthenics very fun (for example, a push up variation or dip over the bench press, which I always felt boring), especially because you move through space rather than moving something while you stay in place. I myself do not train "optimally", I just train everyday 4 exercises: a push, a pull, an isolation for biceps or triceps, an isolation for abs or neck, 2 sets of everything in a giant set and call it a day. I'm having fun with it and I'm making gains with it. Might I have made more gains with something else? Probably, but enjoyment is key, and as long as that works for my goals (in my case, hypertrophy, I know your channel is specifically about conditioning). Which I do not agree with is that just having a regular training can feel boring. When I trained at a gym, I really enjoyed just moving heavy weight. Maybe it is just a gorilla mindset or something, but it's fun. By the way, once I'm completely healed from the injury in my leg (broke my tibia), I'm definitely trying your series on burpees for beginners. After all, having a really good cardio never harmed anyone. For now, I'll just stick to walking and trying to get very proficient at squats at bodyweight. If my dad knew English, I'd show him your channel for sure.

I’m on board with this approach as you know brother. However, the passion and conviction with which ya deliver the message is top notch👌.

This is why I love my gymnastics rings. Play with movements, builds strength in new positions, tests you mentally. The burpees. The navy seals and 8 count bodybuilders take you to dark places of pain and suffering, but it’s worth the battle to get through it. This is my fitness creed.

How many 6counts would a Bodybuilder be able to pull of? One who is just lifting weights and never did any calistenics?

Love your stuff. I turn 50 next month, and although I have been into fitness since I was about 23, I am definitely in the best shape of my life right now. I owe thanks to you, @kboges, @everygotdamdre, and @fitprohawaii for getting me out of stagnant training that I just slogged through to get through. Kettlebells, sandbags, and calisthenics are where it is at, and of course getting nutrition in order. Keep doing what you do.
