    I was going to gym everyday. Had my son and a career change. I started doing burpees two days ago since going to the gym isn’t as easy anymore. I was able to get through one set of burpees. I was totally exhausted. I’ve been sore for two days 😂 muscle i didn’t know I even had. Once I heal up all the way I’m back at it 💪🏾. These burpees really do work!

    Just started out on the burpee journey. Day 1 took me 12.35 mins to do 20 Navy Seal 10 count. Day 2 did 20 in 9.30. They are brutal. 68 years old and aiming for more and quicker.

    Burpees are the only exercise that makes me surprise myself. When you can hit every rep with fluid motion and intense focus during a high repetition sesh, it is unmatched. Top it off by listening to a favorite album and you will want to go longer than anticipated.

    Just turned 55 in March and I've been following since late last year. In January, based on your videos, I started burpees because I was in poor shape and I hate them but I'm convinced they're the best bet for me. Anyhow, doing them nearly daily and I'm now at the point where I can do 97 one pump burpees (multiple sets) with solid form and I'm increasing every day by at least 1 rep. Thanks for the motivation and instruction.

    Same story, strong fat. Watch US prison workout videos did the burpees, fell off went back to weights put on weight still strong. Found the rowing machine. 7k and 10 km rows. Always looking to smash the pbs, amazing workout for over 40s full body legs arms heart. Throw in some pull ups, dips etc and I'm in best shape I've ever been. I'm 45.

    Your ceiling needs sorting out. Get yourself some AR2 or Tekno Ceiling 02. Two coats, spot on.

    Bro i went after 2 months for 550 burpees when i reached 400 i felt like rocky fighting in the last round vs drago 😂 Punch drunked myself to 550 Never forget that amazing

    Great video, touched on a lot of points, I'm also wanting my cookie yesterday, and make it 2 cookies I'm not driving. I'm a bit ginger with burpees right now, they've caused a large cyst on my wrist - i guess a consequence of wanting high reps (2k club brother yeah boy). I hope i can get back into it 💯 % again because as you know, it's great to have others to push you, and I aim to beat Strong&Conditioned, everyday 😘🫡👌🍻
