So how many years have you left in the military. I ended up doing 25 years. If I came across you're routines then I would of been fitter than I was. Total respect to you and what you have achieved in a few years. Once you leave the military will you continue with you're routines and keep posting.

225 burpees, 450 pushups 450 squats today. 2 years ago I found the wolf and was deeply impressed with the work . I never in a million years would have thought that I could even do hundreds of burpees. Not until I saw it done. I steal workouts from everyone in the community that puts them up ,so, thanks Lee,Art, The real jah SEAL. ...

Iron Wolf is a true game changer in the entire fitness world. Most people were introducing 5-10 minutes of routines with approx 100 reps. For 8 years it was my barrier that I can't do more than 100 reps daily - it was unimaginable to do more. And then I get to the channel of 1500-2000 repetitions, more tha one hours routines that were introduced day by day. Huge respect to Iron Wolf for his work, dedication to training and changing the mindsets of thousands of people all over the World 💪💪

There is a lot of hate for those of us who do our burpees. So many people down-talk the Burpee or the progress. "You're too skinny." "You're losing muscle." "You're doing too much cardio." etc., I always had a hard time trimming the abbs. Since my Burpees plus no more bread, I've managed to flatten the stomach and now working on six pack.

I feel unique, strong and disciplined through this area of fitness and I wouldn't have connected to an incredible burpee community without him. Protect this man!m He is an inspiration to us all! God bless, Art. Thank you for this, Lee!

iron wolf is the og of burpee training. i started following his routines about 2 years ago. i never could do all the volume he accomplishes in his workouts, but i take what i think works for me and use it. i'm 68 y/o, so that factors into any exercise routine i'm going to do. great interview, lee.

I've been doing Ironwolf's workouts just over a year now, I couldn't finish his routines but now I can finish them and keep up with him and I'm 61, I wish I came across him when I was in the Army, I like the routines he does with the burpee king. I was fit whilst in the Army but if I was doing his routines I would of been fitter.

Great interview. I have followed Iron Wolf for a long time. His training has helped my running a lot. I think the military is clever with a long history of proven training. I hope all listen to it in the community especially the part where he says a few times that doing only burpees is not enough except for beginners. My key take away is to focus more on 8 ct bodybuilders. I never knew why he did so many until this interview.

Great point about intensity vs volume. I learned the same with running. Used to run miles and miles a week in stints of 6-10 miles per run and never felt like I was getting any fitter. I now just run 2 miles at a 7 minute mile pace and im absolutely fucked by the end and my cardio is so much better.

You are absolutely right about health and fitness being seen through the lens of bodybuilding and steroids. I dislocated my shoulder at the end of last year power lifting, and have been doing ironwolf programs, kettlebell programs and the like since. I feel and look so much better taking on this approach to fitness. I dont have big arms but I have real stamina which is a really, really cool feeling. And I wont go back to power / bodybuilding once the shoulder is rehabed fully.
