Do you have any videos with kettle bell workouts or could you possibly make one in the future if not? :) You are the best and I love your workouts!!!

Hi Graci, Thank you … I’m so happy you are enjoying our workouts. I don’t typically train with kettle bells,but would love to include them in future sessions. In the mean time Kettle bells can be used for some of the dumbbell moves, you would just switch them out at your discretion. ❤️🤗

Well done for pushing through 🙏🏽 in the moment these days can feel the worst. Some times its better to rest and other days you just need a kick up the butt. When we overcome like this it makes us more resilient so well done for slaying 🤎

Hiya, in the first move you can march instead and to make it more challenging for you core add a pause every 5th march.
