I started doing this workout in January of this year, and the amount of weight i have lost is still shocking to me, 20mins or so just doing your workouts. On the 3rd month I increase my dumbbells and also now do this workout twice a day. So thank you so much for these quick yet very effective workouts. I'm feeling much happier in my skin and even my knee has gotten stronger💯

When can i see results
I started this again after gaining weight 160lb to 165lb I'm on day 10 9 days to go I started going from day14 to day1 cause if I started with day 1 I feel like I would give up so I decide to change days lol let's see how much will I lose till I get to day 1 😅
By second round I thought this day is so easy and byt 4th one my arms had given out. 😂
