I know this is from 4 years ago but i just found your video and did your workout and wow I’m sweating 😅 it was good! It got my heart rate up. Loved the punching exercise. The exercise at 15:20 had my quads on fire 🔥

Thanks Isa .you got a new subs here .This is great when short on time .I don't really like to stretch Because it hurts. But now IAM starting to like it. you have a calming voice and you show the proper way of stretching .👍💯🙂

Great routine and I liked your instruction style. However I had a hard time hearing you, even with my volume up all the way. Also, can you wear shoes that will contrast with the white background, that way I can better see your foot positioning? Thanks for the workout!
