    Wow, you're good! Actually I train 3 times a week and do something for 15/20 minutes on Sundays. But actually I realized that 15-20 minutes are usually not enough. Glad youtube recommended your workout, legs are on fire!

    Is the diamond floor exercise … done in the center of the body or do you rotate your hips to the left? If you’re going to the left for the first set, when you do it a 2nd time, should we then rotate to the right?
