    I wanted to say that all of your videos have helped me so much in my fitness/health journey! I started to pick up pilates again after a few years and with a combination of some cardio and a more plant-based meal plan, I managed to lose 15 lbs just in time for my friend's wedding.     You were 37 (when you shot this video) and you looked like that and had that flexibility (you still do, because I have watched your more recent videos)!!! I am 34, turning 35! I have always been an athlete but life has had its hard turns. Looking at you, I am soo encouraged - the best is to come!
