    Day 7 of following your series and I can feel a difference in my abdominal strength. Lots of opportunity for strengthening remains, but I love that my body is showing signs of adjusting after just 1 week of 15 to 30 minutes worth of work daily. Thank you for this great resource!

    Three weeks of daily practice and my core is the strongest it has been for many years! Pilates is a rhythm I don’t plan losing anytime soon. Life flow for sure! 🙏🏾
