Kinda pricey $50 a bottle for 30 day supply! After seven days feeling better! Also 4 motrin before bed with a protien shake is great at combating inflammation while sleeping is good recovery! Just my opinion what works for me i wake up with no pain!👍

@@popcornto6032 There are some meal prep videos on youtube that are helpful. I think helps to learn to cook know like 5-10 differnet dishes that you could make so that you don’t get bored. You can get a rice cooker cook rice .. know how to make eggs and different recipes for veggies, stiry fry, and different salmon, chicken or steak or beef recipes… What I did was had a rice cooker; then learned to do different meals with either salmon beef or steak and chicken , and I would cook fresh like 2-3 times a week for a few days at a time. I learned how to cook steak on stove .. do steak with pepers, veggies stir fry, chicken and salmon with oragnes or sauce .. if you use spices of different kinds and sauces and stuff food can taste way better than anything you can buy and way cheaper. .. recipe guides on youtube helped me. I would find some easy to follow recipes and try it out and cook. Gets easeier aft er a week or two. Also pro tip: id buy a lot of vegetables and eggs for cheap at the 99 cent store. If youre on a budget its good I would get all my fruits and veggies there. Meat may be cheap at Costco sams club.. or other places if you can find good prices. All the best

Chad Carron The below sample diet gives you about 150g Protein and 300g Carbs. Not saying you have to eat THAT exact diet, but that’s how you should be eating if you are wanting to put on a lot of quality muscle and not a ton of accompanying fat. This also assumes you are training your ass off to warrant the intake. 5 Whole Omega-3 Eggs, . 2 packets Instant Cream of Rice cereal (30g P, 80g C), 1/2 cup blueberries 2 scoop Whey in water, 1 large banana (45g P, 30g C) 4 oz chicken breast (weight cooked), 1 Pouch Uncle Bens Jasmine Rice (25g Pro, 85g C) 1 scoop Whey in Water, 1 cinnamon raisin bagel (25g P, 55g C) - Pretraining 4 oz lean steak or 90/10 sirloin (wt cooked), 10 oz baked potato (25g P, 50g C)
