Okay I'm updating my last post on this video. Since I started taking more zinc in my diet. At first I didn't really feel much of a difference. But after today's I started noticing a change. My brother ended up having blood work done and it determined that his testosterone was very low. In fact the lack of zinc in our diet was causing our hair to fall out as well as our ability to heal to reduce. Without zinc your body cannot appropriately metabolize vitamin D and water I've noticed a change in my recovery rate. And yes I have noticed a change downstairs.😁😎. From what I am seeing and feeling the US has a big issue with bouncing our diets. Depending on the type of person you are and the type of Lifestyle you live really matters a lot. Thanks again for the video

Matt. I have been on the super squats protocol for four months. Imo, the high rep almost cardio squats stimulates natural strength building for the rest of the body. I also have been supplementing squats with functional training using Pavel’s simple and sinister, which utilizes the deadlift chain but I can go hard more than once a week or ten days. What do you think? I am thinking the more I energize my posterior chain, the more natural roid response I can get out of my old body.

Good advice here. I would be careful with nut consumption though. Most contain an anti nutrient that actually bonds to zinc and stops absorption. A person can develop a zinc deficiency if they consume too much nuts with their meals. Phytic acid will also do this with other nutrients like copper, iron and magnesium to different degrees.

I'm 37 m 160 lbs 15% BF and have the symptoms of low T including low libido, anxiety, fatigue, weakness, laziness, etc. However, my total T was 795 ng/dl to my surprise. I was almost certain is was going to be below 300 and was ready to go on TRT. However, my free test is on the low side at 136 pg/mL (47 - 244 pg/mL), free T percentage at 1.7 % (1.6 - 2.9 %). My SHBG is 45 nmol/L (11 - 80 nmol/L). Some people have suggest that I get my sleep in check. Since covid, my sleep schedule has been very erratic. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Bro those numbers are great... I’ve seen and heard of mid twenty year olds with MUCH lower numbers than those. I would look into other things that might be causing those symptoms. I don’t think it hurts to have even higher T levels, so by all means continue to do things that would help it. But with those numbers I’d honestly bargain that theres other underlying problems that are causing your issues, have you had your thyroid levels checked? Also, having healthy estrogen levels is important too.

All of the symptoms you mention are also symptoms of depression. To you or to anyone reading this, if your mind is not right, if you're hung up on something, if something is getting you down, it can limit you in many areas of life and make you feel like there's "something wrong" with you like low T, when in fact all you need to do is work on improving mental health: talking to someone, getting out of the house, dealing with bad habits, and building a base of better self-esteem. When that is better, everything in your life can improve. Just a thought. If this doesn't apply to you, I'm glad 😊

Tren wreaked havoc on my hormone profile. Everything from test, estrogen, and progesterone levels were effected. It took me months to return to 80% of what I was before. I also blasted for almost a year straight with no breaks or pct ( I was a dumb 20 year old who thought he would be fine) luckily I was able bounce back. For the most part, I feel great and my levels are within a normal range however they’re aren’t as high as they were before cycle and I don’t think they ever will be. My best advice is to give it time and in if you really aren’t recovering you may have to go on trt, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
