    The OJ thing is legitimate. Fructose short-circuits the Leptin feedback loop, Leptin being a hormone that sends a "we don't need to eat" signal in the brain. So, fructose shorts that feedback loop, you get hungry, or stay hungry. It works.

    Wish I had known about you back when I lived in Columbus Ohio. I'm still a beginner but I would love to have surrounded myself with the knowledge of experts instead of just trying to learn programming and technique by myself.

    Coan said he never missed a rep. Sounds a lot like Julius every rep is important. Pavel wrote a book on Easy Strength or never train to complete fatigue. What is your opinion?

    I agree with the sentiment that consistently training to complete failure is ineffective. But I don't think the dogma of "never miss a rep" is a good message either.
