    I'm not sure sugar cane juice is the most ideal - it has high amounts of fructose which goes directly to your liver. Fructose is especially dangerous for fatty liver.

    Natural sugar is very different then synthetic. Honey is the same. Fake honey is hard to clean, but real honey is easy to clean. Maple syrup, too. If you think of those things in the body and liver, it's easier to understand how it turns to water and not glue in the body. They say saturated fats are bad, but things like coconut are very good for you. Synthetic is the issue. They shouldn't be allowed to use the same name as what they're trying to mimic. 🌹

    @@AilsiePath1122 Sorry ! Don't agree ! Natural or not natural - fructose is most harmful for anybody with a fatty liver. Unlike glucose, it gets stored as fat. And this fat is extremely hard to burn off. That's why diabetics and people with fatty liver are asked to avoid fruit. A lot of fruits also have a high glycemic index - especially something like sugar cane juice. Just because something is natural, does not mean it cannot harm your body. Do you know why a lot of vegans and vegetarians don't eat meat but still have fat around their belly ? This is precisely the reason why.

    ​@@fleur257 Hi You are right but chewing sugarcane helps in liver disorders but drinking sugarcane juice is absolutely not healthy.The reason for chewing sugarcane helps to breakdown the fructose with the help of saliva and it helps liver function

    @@aparnarajput1986 That's probably a reasonable answer. I am not aware of the effects of chewing. Thanks ! Any form of fruit, in a concentrated form is a definite no no for the liver.

    I would say intermittent fasting and yoga, qigong, meridian etc exercises are the primary elements in health....then one shall experiment with food, what herbs, what combination of foods are suitable to ones body....for me sugar doesnt sound good for health....if one can start to o become breatharian in a self paced manner....I think that is a contribution for ones health, for the environment and the planet😊

    yes correct but he doesn't know that and he will not hear what you are saying, cos like all brahmin Indians he thinks he knows better. it's the same in ashrams they all eat curry. that's why there are no enlightened Indians, but you can't tell them, they are thick and think they know better than the West.
