    Very clear and simple. A few years ago I was predominantly Pitta, and very little Kapha and Vatta. Now I find myself being predominantly Kapha with Pitta very close and Vatta not that low. Thank you for the knowledge shared.

    Gott the same basic results on many sites now. Pitta-Vata with definite Kapha imbalance, but also Pita and Vata are imbalanced. (sigh) That's where I have problems figuring out what to do. Though, I am coming closer to understanding it.
