We think we know and do things right but you give clarity and reasoning…I don’t have trouble doing class but thinking more and breathing correctly does challenge us ..I notice a difference with your classes more so than others not saying I don’t enjoy them I do but ..day 2 for me 5/5/24 …as always thankyou..Australia 🙏
