@@harshitasbharatnatyam1421 I'm very sorry, I'm yet a very beginner student. I assumed to keep one mudra for an entire sitting, for reasons of pure focus but I don't know. I try to sit to meditate for a minimum of 15 minutes but don't set an alarm to remain in meditation until whenever. If I'm honest my mudra drops at some point but that isn't what I am aiming towards and I'm sure that isn't right

:06 seconds in he shows Andrew Tate who is accused of sex trafficking. He makes millions in the pornography industry. He promotes and supports factory farming of animals and also states there is nothing wrong with factory farming of dogs to be eaten. What is going on here? This is a great world leader?

I loved this!! When I was a child I remember the second Mudra didn’t know what it was or where it came from but I remember putting all my finger tips together n moving them in n out n u can feel a transparent film in the middle of your hands!! I was always amazed by this BUT NOW EVEN MORE SO! I dnt know why it wasn’t said here but if u do this n pump your hands with finger tips touching?? U can seriously feel the energy in the middle! For anyone who disbelieves that WE R ENERGY!!

I’ve been using Dhyana mudra in meditation for a few years after I learned about it. I didn’t realize that there were different effect’s depending on which hand is on the bottom so I seem to naturally fall into the habit of right in left until someone told me I ought to put left onto right. I have small and not very long or flexible fingers and find most madras difficult to achieve much less hold for extended time. I guess it’s a practice thing…😀

My friend, thank you so much for what you do. I'm from the U.S. and I've been doing yoga for over a year now. I've learned yoga almost exclusively from Iyengar's "Light on Yoga", completing the first course. Most the content available about Yoga either strips it of all spirituality or gets into wild misinterpretations or misrepresentations. Thank you for your straight-forward explanations. You teach while maintaining a great balance between tradition and practicality. You've earned my respect and gratitude. Stay humble, and may God bless you.

I have a compressed vertebrae and used to throw out my back quite a bit. Yoga has helped tremendously. If you have existing injuries or conditions you should definitely find a good teacher. I believe that Prashantj teaches Ashtanga Yoga, which is very similar to Iyengar Yoga. The founders of Ashtanga and Iyengar mastered yoga under the same guru, Krishnamacharya.

Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.

Interesting as I've learned other elements for the firngers... yet all good as we do much neuroplasticuty and use many different ways doing the same ! From small finger to thumb for me has always been Earth, Water, Fire, Air (which is linked to Metal in Chineese), and Thumb being Ether (Chinese tradition would be Wood)... and Ether itself relates to the Trinity (Throat "5th chakra" is linked to Sound, 3rd Eye is linked to Vision (Light), and 7th Chakra is linked to Pure Consciousnesss (12th Dimension)

I had no idea that meant anything at all.. I've held my hands that way..4ever. Even as a child..for real! I still do especially when expressing myself and im really attempting to get across important information. I assumed it was something hereditary..my daughter was literally born holding her hands claspped.. I call her my little old lady because to this day she holds her hands like a little old lady

For right action be aware of the movement of thought. In order to see the movement of thought, one have to slow down the body. When body is relaxed, mind can be seen as a whole. Learn to listen to the inner world.
