These work, but again - Moderation & common sense are KEY!! That part of the girl checking her phone to learn of her prosperity flowing in, in cash - IS a nonsensical western modern day delusion!! You still have to earn money & DESERVE good Karma - mudras don't bring luck, they enhance good health - Like taking a deeeep breath to calm down, simple sweet & effective. But if you're in the midst of a massive calamity that deep breath won't help, common sense will, so apply that always!! A Mudra that I use & which I have found to be very effective for improving eye health is: Sitting in a comfortable position (that's always recommended) closing the eyes, and joining the tip of the thumb with last two fingers (ring & little finger), while extending the other fingers comfortably. We can do this anytime, even in bed or better still while sitting & relaxing. How it helps is as scientific as acupuncture - The nerves in our body are more important than we give them credit for. Hope you'll try this & benefit from it. B.Well, X💖X💖

Interesting video. In addition to these six mudras I can also say that there exist a powerful mudra involving your tongue. This is called the Khechari Mudra and it is sometimes described as the king of all mudras. In old yoga manuscripts such as The Hatha Yoga Pradipika this mudra is said to lead to immortality. You perform it by rolling your tongue back in the mouth and up into the nasal cavity. If you would be interested in achieving this mudra, I can offer the following advice based on my own experience of achieving it. You start out by holding your tongue back in the mouth with only the muscles of the tongue. You do this for as long as you can, then rest the muscles and continue again. You should repeat this all the time throughout the day, whenever not talking or eating. From to time you should also use your fingers to gently push the tongue even farther back in the mouth. This will eventually cause parts of the lingual frenulum - that little strip of flesh underneath the tongue - to grow away naturally by itself and eventually allowing you to place your tongue into the nasal cavity. As soon as you can do this, you should also proceed to sleep with your tongue in the nasal cavity - otherwise those parts of the lingual frenulum will begin to grow back again overnight and thus making it more difficult to do this mudra in the morning. However, you should take care to never sleep this way while intoxicated or when a cold is blocking your nose. In a video in my channel I speak more of this and demonstrate just how I achieved the Khechari Mudra in two weeks time. Let me know if you should have any questions, I would be glad to assist you in achieving this mudra as well.

@@StevieJay404 Thanks for your question. Khechari Mudra is good for many things and I can briefly mention benefits such as for example assisting in calming the mind, alleviating feelings of hunger, greater awareness in dreams, correct breath holding and generating harmonius feelings by the rhythmic tapping of the tongue to the roof of the nasal cavity. Do not hesitate to let me know if you should have any further questions.

A gentle and respectful suggestion. “Mudra” is pronounced with a short “u” sound as in “you” (not “u” as in “mud”). The “d” in “Mudra” is a dental consonant, with a softer sound made by placing the front of the tongue against the teeth. Also, please provide a reference source. 🙏🏼

This is my GIFT to you and anyone reading this.. These suggestions have made me the person I am today. So take one or two or all of them and transform yourself to a super being. Thank me later. I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results. 1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper. 2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life. 3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins. 4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room. 5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF. 6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post. 7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water. 8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain. 9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other. 10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma. It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results. What have you got to lose, try some or ALL and see your results. Let me know know too. Have a great day... and thanks for reading.
