Hi Mam.. I have a doubt with the sixth mudra. The left thump should be above the right thumb or below it and hold the right thumb erect? Kindly clarify as the same is not very clear in the video.Thanks in advance.

Doctor Hansaji... thank you. I do Gyan mudra whenever I can, as long as my stomach is empty. Better sleep... more relaxed... blood pressure readings improved. I do this mostly when watching television.

I practiced yoga & meditation & studied ayurveda in my 20s and 30s. Somewhere along the way, I allowed some of that knowledge to fall by the wayside.
