My dear sir, i m also pressing left leg under knee pressure point, which you explain from foot heal to one hand ✋ up. Actulley before i was pressing vain of that point but yesterday i listen your another video. in another video you explain between 2 vains have to press. Belive me sir today evening i feel & check my left leg 🦵 was not shrinking ( no vibration) . near that pressure point having little ball from long time, that was the blockage from long time, thats also disappear. Now Only little pain having on pressure point due to pressed. Sir, i have no words to appreciate you. ALMIGHTY ALLAH BLESS & PROTECT YOU AND YOUR LOVE ONES. ❤
When you said to smile while doing this, I almost started crying. I think I need to make myself smile more, thank you for that small reminder, brother.
This popped up on my list, so I decided to watch it and participate at the end. I have stomach and brain cancer, fentanyl, meth and xan addiction, broke my neck 4 years ago and spinal injury cause car accident....yeah its a lots... I've big pain nonstop. I just did the exercise and feel no pain at all ! I stopped all drugs for 7 days and any struggle, no more addiction...crazy ! Doctors told me 10 days ago my cancers are cured. Its so powerful, I will be adding this to my daily routine. Thank you so much !!

Thank you master. I trained kung fu shaolin many years e read many books of chinese doutrine. QiGong is my new way to bring balance to my life.
I'm not exactly sure why, but by the time I got to the pressure point in my wrist, I started to cry. I was holding a lot in, I know, but it was overwhelming. And I think, I really needed that. I will add that I've been having digestive issues for months now and have been working to remedy those issues. I had completed his 15-min daily Quigong routine just before this one...and it all just felt really healing. I've been doing his routine for only 4, maybe 5 days thus far, but it really feels life-changing. I highly recommend his daily practices for health and needed peace.

Really informative video. Same here except I was watching Chris Shelton’s Qi Gong video routine for a kidney issue. As I was doing the exercise the tears started streaming down my face. Have had the same reaction with cranial sacral therapy once. We stuff down our emotions or ignore them and they all come out during these exercises. My kidneys healed as well as some other issues doing Qi Gong (along with Atlas Orthogonal adjustments). The fact that these exercises are free and easily to follow is truly a gift.

It might be simple, but it works beautifully if done daily... Gratitude for your teachings .
Solar plexus gentle always. Both hands grounding. Helps if you are sad, cross or any negative thoughts. 2nd point good for head ache never take a tablet again. Again both hands. Pressure can be harder. Smiling is alwats good for mind body and soul. 3rd point releases tension in digestion. Shaking lets go rubbing builds heat Tapping great for circulation Thank you.

5:41 yes this part. Me and my family have been using that point as one of an indicator whether our physical condition is good or not. That point is usually hurt when pressed/ massaged (even only lightly) and the skin color will gradually turn red (temporarily) if we're kinda unhealthy or sick like fever, fatigue, flu, cough, under the weather for being tired & lack of sleep/rest.
I have used the second point for headaches for many years. It works very well for me. Stay Blessed to every one out there!
