    I have been doing this exercises since November 2020 and it helps me so much with my arthritis in my knuckles. I don't have any pain anymore since I've been doing it regularly every day. And strengthen my immune system as well. It is an amazing exercises! I do your other Qi gong exercises too. Thank You so much! 😊❤️🙏

    Thank you very much for all the videos with the sitting down exercises. I work on the computer all day and with those exercises I can take a few minutes break every hour and it makes me feel great. Morning and evening I also do a mini (!) walk and do a few breathing exercises. Maybe I'm just so lazy! I could do a much longer walk! But anyhow, I feel so good doing the exercises sitting down and that's the important thing! You are such a good and motivating teacher, so thank you again!
