On Day 3 of our mobility challenge, participants are treated to a rejuvenating 15-minute easy lower body stretch session, ideal for giving tired legs some much-needed love after a workout.
This routine, tailored to focus on the lower body muscles, offers a perfect blend of simplicity and effectiveness. Through a series of gentle stretches, participants will ease muscle tightness in their legs, targeting areas like the calves, thighs, and hips. The session is designed to enhance flexibility, promote blood circulation, and reduce post-workout soreness, leaving participants feeling refreshed and energized. Incorporating this easy lower body stretch into the post-workout routine ensures that participants nurture their muscles, aiding in quicker recovery and paving the way for an active and revitalized day ahead.

Hips, calves, neck, and shoulders. I always get the most relaxation from stretching those areas. Ooh, and definitely low back too. Basically everywhere, I guess. 😅

Not only does all the stretching feel great and help my body, but you are helping me with another challenge. I have a brain that wants, no..needs, everything to be equal, so often, I count or time stretches on each side. But because of your encouragement to let go and be still and not control everything, I just listened to your voice and trusted both sides would be pretty equal(and that if they weren't, that would be ok). Thank you so much! Brilliant teaching!

Is your life a rat race of go, go, go? Mine definitely is. As a teacher, as soon as I park my car in the school's lot, I am on and off to the races. Once I get home, it's so hard to "turn it off." Today, was my third day of the challenge. Not only am I okay with the stillness, I welcome it. Looking forward to quiet in my mind while stretching tomorrow and the days after. This Stretch & Mobility Challenge has given me a new appreciation for stretching, which I admit that I rarely used to do; however by following this 30-day challenge, I have now incorporated stretching into my "before" workout routine and sometimes my "after" workout routine. I'm enjoying how it feels to just relax & stretch. Thank you once again Chris for the inspiration and guidance.

I am okay with stillness - I am loving adding these after a cardio
Day 3 did not disappoint! I love the stillness (sorry, had to tweak that a bit) and the long, focused stretches. I really love stretching any muscle, but I do love stretching my back and hips. What is lovely about your stretches is that I always find a body part that I didn't know was in need of a stretch. Today, was the lower back. Felt wonderful, especially after a step workout. Thank you!

I tweaked my back/ right hip area so this mobility session allows me to move... Before I did this, I was moving stiffly & it hurt to move. Thank you so much for making these available for FREE!!!👏👏👏👍

I’m ok with the stillness. These stretches have been great! I have noticed that I’ve been feeling the need for a stretch at the end of the day also. I’m becoming such a stretcher! I decided to add them in everyday because I have more time over the summer, I hope I can continue it over the school year.

Couple of days late, but still okay with the stillness! Thank you Chris.
I am ok with stillness!!! I was hit by a text driver 5 years ago. I was 49 and in great shape, walking 3 miles+ each morning. I had a very successful cleaning business, two to three homes a day deep clean. Then after dropping two grandbabies at school I was hit and my van went airborne right in front of my house. My van hit rock as it flipped three times. Major concussion that I will always have symptoms, but I couldn't walk or move without assistance so I went from 128 pounds to 155 and any amount of walking and exercising plus menopause now :) I have really struggled. But I found you Chris and thank you so very much! I am really feeling great with new stretches. You are a true blessing. Jen

I am ok with the stillness. I typically enjoy stretching. I especially appreciate any hip stretches. I carry so much of my dress there. This was great.
