Really appreciate these stretches, I was diagnosed with JRA at age 11, now 40 and over the past 3 yrs I've broken 9 bones (one being my nose twice, 3 ribs, the rest are knee, lower leg and ankle) and have been in recovery so much that I have definitely lost a lot of flexibility and range of motion in large joints. So I've been doing all of these PT exercises I've been given throughout my life, but am getting super bored. I have subscribed to your channel, and love the shorts, I've pinned them on Pinterest, where I already have a collection of stretch routines for myself. Keep them coming and I'll share them to other platforms too, your videos are straightforward but much more descriptive than I've seen anywhere else. 🦾💪🦵🦿👍 Would this be good for very old and healed labrum tears? I still have pain and very limited range of motion 10 yrs later as it was missed originally when seen for the injury.

As someone with several old hip injuries, this is fantastic. I have used similar stretches on the floor, but never knew how to do this in a seated position. Very helpful. THANK YOU!

@@Squirrel-zq6oeyeah, people need to stop gong to the hospital because they have minor aches and injuries. It ties up the doctors and wastes patients' times. In Canada, the problem got so bad that they simply instituted a false wait time. You're waiting in emerg for over 8 hours if it isn't life-threatening. Even if you're the only one in line. It's horrible, because a broken leg isn't something that should be ignored, but isn't life threatening. So you'll wait 8 hours to be seen just to dissuade you from coming next time. Only go to the hospital if you have a serious illness or injury. If a chiropractor video could change your need for the ER, then you didn't need to be in the hospital at all.
This has worked extremely well to stretch my hips. No popping, which is perfectly fine with me. I just really appreciate the technique and your expertise. Thank you Dr. Rowe.

My hip locked or something and I wasn’t able to turn on that side. It’s been weeks. I finally searched how to pop it. This actually did pop that hip and instant relief. Thank you!

I'm trying to reset mine in my semi. Went out on black ice. 😅 I keep falling over trying to walk with a long right leg. Not my first time. I'd recommend a chiro. Fixed my hip last time in minutes. Hip issues at 27, love it.
I go to physical therapy twice a week and I receive needling, quality regimen of care, for my hip (had FAI). I’m stuck on vacation this week and this exercise helped me manage my tightness in the hips. Thanks so much!

I've been dealing with chronic hip pain since having my son 4 years ago. I've been to the chiropractor countless times. I wish I had found this video sooner. It would have saved me lots of $$. stretched my hip but popped BOTH shoulders so thank you OK I DID IT AGAIN AND POPPED MY COLLAR BONE! IT DIDNT EVEN HURT BUT U DONT KNOW HOW HELPFUL THIS WAS! FOR WEEKS MAYBE EVEN MONTHS MY COLLAR BONE KEPT CLICKING AND NOW ITS BETTER! THANK YOUUU
I experienced this fix in an unintended way. My hip had bothered me so much, i was getting an X ray. The tech manipulated my hip in a similar way to get a good image. Bent at the knee, folded over and pressed it down to the table. When i got off the table, cured! Thank you. Wish I’d seen this sooner!

I'm extremely hypermobile, and have multiple issues in the area (tense pelvic myalgia as well as dic degenerative disease), I did only three rotations of this and it feels great. I can actually co.fortably walk through my home now
holy shit my glute lower back and left hip were tight and in pain for 3 days this just releived 70% of this discomfort thanks!
I was skeptical about trying this initially but tried anyway as i got nothing to lose. I was having pain for couple of weeks and even chiropractor adjustment relief was temporary. Although i did not hear the pop, i did get relief after 3-4 cycles. Now i believe it and recommend as well..🎉🎉
