I've been in pain for weeks and could not figure out how to move my body to stretch the painful spots but these stretches finally found it, holy crap lol. Thank you!

I’ve been a pain on my neck for 48h due to a muscle contraction cause by an argument. I tried what the pharmacist recommended, ibuprofen. It barely worked. Dr Rowe, I follow your stretching exercise for 20 minutes. I applied heat for 15 minutes as you mentioned in the previous video before I started stretching. I can now say the pain is almost gone, Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I really appreciate you.

I found this at the right time. After doing these exercises I know I have some work to do. Hip flexors, glutes, lower back, wow. I have to say these exercises are tough but they sure show were the work needs to be done if someone has problems in this area.

Does it really matter whether we can pinpoint if our discomfort is coming from tight SI, a glute problem or something else? If we just commit to stretching and strengthening, wouldn’t the exercises address all of them? Is that too simplistic?

This was a great video, Dr Rowe. I watched it twice and took notes. Ironically, I just returned from MICHIGAN yesterday and my back, hips, glutes are a mess from traveling and sitting. I appreciate practitioners who are willing to share their expertise on KZread.

You are a lifesaver! I have been incapacitated for the past 4 days and with your exercises, I am feeling so much better. This neck traction is a miracle. I have had shoulder pain for over 20 years and when I did it and moved it to the right ,it immediately released all the pain in my shoulder that has been shooting down my arm for such a long time. Incredible! You are a phenomenal healer! Thank you so much!

Worked immediately!!! My head was incredibly congested and I couldn't breath through my nose. About halfway through the series, I was able to get air through both nostrils. I'll be repeating these as I get through this headcold. Thanks so much!!

I will try these exercises for 1 month every time I am at the gym then I will update my comment for results. I have chronic left upper back pain that travels up my neck towards the base of my skull. My neck hurts when I look up towards the ceiling and bring my right ear to my right shoulder. I also have a constant dull, achy, nagging feeling underneath my shoulder blade that won't go away.

This looks good. I was doing a similar one. except without the bended elbow, instead rotating at the hip , shoulder on wall.(edit) This one! 🎉. Really stretches the muscle in distress. That's the piriform?

Two months of pain and I finally searches for answers and here it is, this helps somewhat. I thought I broked something inside the elbow. Since I cannot go to doctors or hospitals because of their covid crimes, I takes care of myself, and finds answers and stuff to treat all my health problems. NEVER TRUSTS DOCTORS. They are murdering psychopaths for money. No. Thank. You. Never comply with their clot shots. Never. NO IMPLIED CONSENT. Proudly vax-free.
