The Upper Back Pain Muscle (How to Release It for INSTANT RELIEF)

Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly release tightness and tension in muscles that cause the most pain around the upper back.
A big contributing factor of upper back pain and discomfort comes from a build up of stress, tension, and tightness in muscles that can lead to painful strain and inflammation.
This video will keep it simple by fixing weakness and tightness in the main muscles that cause pain in this area, especially the rhomboids and upper trapezius.
Each exercise works a little differently. To get the best results, go through them all and use what gives you the most pain relief.
As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done at home.
Chapters:

0:50 Rhomboids
3:31 Erector Spinae
5:35 Upper Trapezius
7:03 Levator Scapulae

Hi, thank you for the video! My current situation is very unique- every time i move my left arm, my collarbone makes a clicking sound and u can actually feel the ligament moving in/on the collarbone. The pain runs all the way from my collarbone to my upperback/shoulderblades. I did an MRI + Xray and it shows that the ligament is inflamed + my collarbones are not identical on both sides (the painful side has less gap and is higher than the other) My doctor only recommended that I stretch a lot and gave me some pain medications which arent helping. I've been having this issue for over a year now and it does not seem to get better... I cannot exercise/go to the gym anymore because it is always painful. Please help. Thank you again!
