DAY 2 - SEATED UPPER BODY STRETCHING ROUTINE - STRETCH & MOBILITY CHALLENGE
Day Two of our mobility challenge invites participants to grab a chair and indulge in a 17-minute seated upper body stretch session. This focused routine targets the upper body muscles, providing quick relief and enhancing flexibility.
Seated comfortably, participants engage in a series of gentle stretches designed to alleviate tension in the shoulders, neck, and arms. The chair serves as a stable support, making it accessible for everyone. Through this quick and effective stretch, participants will experience improved posture, reduced muscle stiffness, and a sense of relaxation, setting a positive tone for the rest of the challenge..

I loved the message about flower blooms not comparing themselves to one another and the instruction and demonstration you gave explaining how tight and hunched our chest and back muscles get throughout the day! My husband and I started doing these mobility workouts together. We’ve only completed the first 2 days so far but they are amazing and we definitely need this. I have had a pain in my shoulder blade for the last month. After day two the pain is almost completely gone. I am amazed! Thank you for everything you do!

Wow this was so needed this morning!! I sit at a desk for 7 hours straight every day and have a pinched nerve in my neck so I tend to have lots of stiffness and pain from trying to find a “comfortable” position at my desk. This was an amazing way to start the day and I feel much looser in my neck and back. Thanks so much for incorporating mobility and flexibility training and encouraging us to make it part of our daily routine! ❤ I’m done with day 2!

I’m done with day 2! I am always tense in my neck and shoulders. Thank you for some new stretches to help with that.
I go to this routine at least once a week. I have badly damaged my left shoulder over the years (multiple dislocations and arthritis now as a result). Despite a couple of operations, it gives me a lot of pain and problems with my neck. This routine helps so much , especially after a day at the computer. It has gotten to the stage that instead of reaching for the painkillers, I sit on a little stool and do this mobility workout and it really really works. Thank you x
