    I used 2-lb weights, which were perfect: Challenging, but not painful. It was nice to have a break from heavy weights and still feel like the workout counted in every way. Thanks, Chris!

    I love the improvement I am seeing from these exercises and best of all I dont ache as much after spending time at the computer any more! I agree that you do not need heavy weights. I feel my technique is definitely better with the ligher ones. Thank you Chris.

    Loved this arm workout today & the fun chats that kept me just distracted enough - lol. Don't let the small / no weight workout part of this fool you - this is a brutally complete arm workout that you will definitely be feeling. I enjoyed the move combinations from today a lot & was able to use light weights through most of the workout but did have to do a few moves with no weights. Thanks for keeping us super strong & having fun Chris!

    You mentioned Langhorne and Oxford Valley Mall today and I nearly dropped my weights... it's where I live. I was like what???     Love you're 15 minute all standing toned arms workout with or without dumbbells this is a really great workout and it's a very fun one to especially with the dumbbells it's a very fun intense easy and challenging workout to do but loads of fun to especially at home

    I lapsed back into my vampire ways, so am trying to comment again. Great, quick workout. Was a good combo with the leg sculpting using the ball. I obviously skip leg day too often and my arms are stronger; I got through this one without taking any breaks (but not the leg workout). Thanks for another good one Chris!
