Hi tom, I really appreciate your routines and have been using them for a while now- I was wondering if maybe we could get an in debth video on wall slides/ wall angels since I'm having big trouble executing them- eigher my wrists dont stay in contact or my elbows don't and trying to reach anywhere upwards or downwards is impossible- also I just can't get my low back against the wall with my heels also being in contact and getting my arms into position is not even worth talking about so its just oveall a complete mess so a video on how to develop those ranges would be amazing!

In October I hurt my shoulder and I’ve been trying to let it heal I’ve tried other shoulder mobility movements but yours is definitely the best

Hey! I also had problems with my shoulders, and realised that a big part of it was caused by my sleeping position. If you also sleep on your side, I recommend you check out the video from Bob and Brad that is called something like 'avoid these two sleeping positions', it can be useful.

One thing I would like is a video on shoulder impingement. I’m doing a lot of these exercises. My range of motion is pretty good. I have tightness in certain areas. However. I also more importantly get shoulder pain after gym and even after doing these routines, my shoulder acts up. What I’m not sure about is whether I should continue? I know I have some form of impingement and I feel like the pain will only get better when I establish a better range of movement. It’s just a real puzzle of how to treat the shoulder when it’s acting up.y You mention that you previously had a shoulder injury so it would be good to know about how you treated it and whether you just continued to push through towards a better range of movement? I just need some light at the end of the tunnel right now as im struggling: 😕
My coach has us doing that first one with our backs against the wall. It's soooooo much harder than it looks! But it's doing wonders for my general shoulder health.
Would you recommend incorporating this routine to aid shoulder impingement; in conjunction with a strengthening routine?
Awesome. What about including a bar deadhang (supinated) hold as an extra stretch for the lats?

Hi Tom, 3 years back, I had shoulder supraspinatous tendinosis with fully thickness rim rent tear, had done MRI Scan that time. still, while extending my arm, I have a slight pain on my right shoulder. Do you recommend this video would help me in fixing my shoulder pain.
how often should i do these? i am trying to improve my shoulder mobility because i find that when playing basketball, if i pull my arm back for a dunk, it always hurts my shoulder really bad.
Would these stretches help with posture?
This reverse table top pose (crab pose) always feels really uncomfortable in my elbow joints, especially when I fully straighten them. Maybe I misunderstood what „locking“ them means? Does anyone else experience this and has a tip or an alternative? I feel like the way I’m doing this now is not healthy for my joints

my shoulder always pops when I do this rotation movement in the first exercise. I don't feel any pain, but they pop frequently and this interferes with my chest/upper workouts, and it worries me. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

as long as it's not painful it should be normal, my shoulders always pop when I do stretches in the morning -try to get those kinks out before heavy lifting tho
Is there a pec stretch similar to your second exercise that you'd offer to big-chested people? My partner straight up cannot do that exercise without worrying about their bra tugging off their body.
