im 31 now, grew up super athletic, and eventually broke my left ankle training jiu jitsu. I never properly rehabbed and my left hip completely went, no flexibility at all. I didn't realize until years later when I put my hand in the crease when I walked and noticed there was no muscle there and i was walking with a slight limp. In the immediate stretching of that hip I had a feeling of sensation that I haven't felt since I was a kid, It felt so so so good to open up again. I really think most adults are suffering from this and it really makes them tight, tight all around. Mentally, physically, spiritually, open up those hips man its vital as we age!

Ive been very immobile for a couple years sitting all day at work and gaming at home and I recently have felt alot of friction in my right hip. It was causing me pain when i walked and i needed to correct my posture. Ive been stretching everyday for about a couple weeks and this was the first time i really felt my hip move and be mobile. The stretch dident hurt at all but felt more like a relief of pressure. Im very excited to see the future and how my mobility will continue to improve. Thank you so much i am very grateful for these resources.

All my life I thought I had inverted feet but after the video they shifted into normal alignment and I saw the difference it made in my squats and running. Thank you for making these routines available, it has a global impact. You're a gem!

I usually never comment on KZread videos but felt that this deserved an exception! Thank you!! For the short and sweet and useful video and for not using any annoying background music haha ;) I really enjoyed it. As a runner with really overused and tight hips and hamstrings, this one was perfect for me, I've saved it and will definitely come back to it. I see you also do handstand tutorials. Been working on mine for a few months now but seem to have hit a plateau. Let's see whether your approach can help me get back into it 💪🏻

There are so many comments on here that have experienced the same results but still wanted to share. I had been having excruciating lower back pain and went to a physical therapist who explained that my hips were incredibly tight and locked up. After a couple sessions with him I was feeling better but not maintaining progression. I began using your routine about every morning along with hip stretches throughout the day and am almost completely better. The back pain is virtually gone. Thank you for the amazingly helpful stretching routine!

Thanks, Tom. Absolutely love this stretch exercise. I’ve even incorporated it to my daily routine. I had a lower back pain and very tight hips for awhile. Oftentimes, I had a hard time lowing my back. This problem had prevented me from doing lower body workout. After a week of practicing this exercise, my right lower back stiffness has started to loosen up. Now, I don’t need to hold on anything to sit down and get up. 🙏

I love the pace you go at, the clear instructions.I’ve done a lot of yoga previously but I am finding this is so much better. I love the isometric part while we’re in a stretch which I don’t think yoga uses. I have a herniated disk and I think this is helping.

I've done strength and endurance training my whole life but have started to notice how much I've neglected flexibility. This video was great, first time doing it and my hips are on fire, I'm going to keep this one up to try and master these positions.
