I’m not sure what that crazy move was. But was finally able to do it on my left side. That was fun!

So far I have made it through 2 months of (week) daily stretching/mobility. I only had time for 13 minutes today, but I was glad to be able to work through the moves and become more flexible. Thank you for all you do!

Well this went better than I thought it would. Really enjoyed it. Now I find myself breathing better, deeper and feeling looser. Must, must, MUST do more mobility!!
Loved this! Listen: that move going from the semi Mermaid with arms raised up to one knee was no joke and the most challenging move I've ever done, albeit somewhat awkwardly! This will be a good one to practice

I absolutely oved this tonight!! 6 months ago I'd have never thought I'd like mobility, but am loving it. While I'm not getting to it as much as I'd like, I am still seeing gains - nailed the yogi squat tonight yay 😁😁
Great way to start today, especially after feeling tight. I used blocks for the planks / down dog / high heel squat sequence and it made it do able for me. Love that you were outside for this workout and to see your “crew” together. Thank you

Perfect routine! Me, not so much. Gotta work on going from that sit to up one knee. There was a time I could have done that in my sleep. I'm definitely going to work on the left side. Pretty sure the right side is never gonna get there with the bionic hip and knee.

Tried but wasn't able to come up on one knee on that crazy move. Liked the scorpion stretch.

I went to the park and ran the fastest 5k I've ran in a long time after I did this. This is so vital to be doing especially for me at 41.
That was good... back cracked on that last move on my left .. so fun getting older.. and that was a day ago?!?!?!?! Looks like spring there jealous!!!

I need to do more of this and work on getting up on my right side. It was like i was stuck to the floor 😂
I feel so much better after this mobility routine! Though (real talk) I couldn't get up off the left side during the hip sequence. Lots of "oof"ing didn't help any LOL
