loving the 128 beat with these moves! the bpm doesn't need to be crazy fast to get a good burn in and feel amazing while doing it! it's hard to find workouts that make me smile the entire time, but you always manage it, Chris! Thank you!

That was a sweaty 128 bpm for me. Loved it!!😅
As a more experienced stepper, the great thing about the 128 bpm is the ability to focus on what my muscles are doing - instead of doing knee ups on autopilot for example, I can focus on my abs, glutes, and quad contractions.

Great workout. Needed just a short cardio after doing strength training. Haven't been feeling the best but wanted to workout with you so a quickie strength class, followed by a quick STEP class was the perfect ticket for me today. Thank you.
I really enjoyed this routine Chris! It was challenging but I was able to get through it the second time around. It's one of my favorites that I will continue to rotate! Love going around the 🌎 and 🎠

Just started doing your morning lives a couple of weeks ago. Awesome! It's been a minute since I've done step, so I'm getting myself back up to speed with some of your prerecorded classes so I can keep up on the Saturday live step sessions❤
Love the 1/2 hour on weights day - offers a happy warm up!
Loved this one, I almost didn't want it to end! My legs felt a bit brutalized from the 2 leg workouts this week, but this got my legs nice and warm so I could do some extra stretching. Added on day 30 of the stretch/mobility series to get some additional stretching, my body was thankful for it. Thanks Chris!🎉🎄

Great pace, great moves

My first time doing this workout.....I am SO uncoordinated and lacking a step riser....I stumbled through and will now accept the challenge of conquering....just like your kickboxing, abs, aerobic and strength training videos......this newbie is LOVING your videos !!!!

This was my first intermediate-advanced step workout. I have always been nervous about the advanced part. Although I couldn’t do all the advanced moves, I just did love that I could do at those spots. Great class and lots of energy!
