"if you can't find one, then build one!" ☝Thats a demonic doctrin right there. Run folks, run! Godly marriage is like the marrage of the Church and Jesus Christ. The Man is the head of the house and the head of the man is Jesus Christ. So, if a man doesn't have Jesus Christ his head of life, the way he thinks through and lives through, then Ladies run from him! He needs a godly fix, not your submmistion or intimacy. The only thing a lady can be for such a guy is a prayer mate, an encouraging friend from distance. That is it.

God will ONLY give us HIS next instructions IF (the condition is if we are willing to do) what He puts in our paths. We have to learn how to be obedient, and learn how to listen and do. When we humble ourselves toward God, He becomes #1. That’s what God wants. He wants us to put Him first when we wake up (thank You LORD for waking me up today. Please teach me in everything I do LORD, and let it be for You). And when we are on the way (at lunch time, give the LORD THANKSGIVING, even if you are having a rough day, give Him praise, and acknowledge the LORD). And when we lay our heads down to sleep (give praise and thanksgiving again to the LORD for the day HE has given you. Ask Him to forgive you of any sins you may have not known you have done against Him or anyone else. And ask for Him to give you peace while guiding your spirit as your body rests). Believe it or not, you are constantly learning and training from God even when you sleep. So, when we follow these easy and simple steps: humble yourself, listen to God’s voice, and do what He says. Then we are on the right path with God. Amen.

OR God will betroth you to that specific person HIMSELF, and it will be good. And it will be done. That’s what happened to me and my husband of 18 years. We are still walking together in HIS light, ups and downs, good and bad, but it is for God’s glory, amen! He has blessed us with 6 children, and we are teaching our children everything the LORD has taught us. To all, I say, put God first, and He will answer your deepest desires of your heart, so long as you keep HIM first and last (morning and night), of each day. God will teach you everything you need to know to be apart of His greater purpose, which is HIS will and not your own. Amen and amen!

I rather wait and be patient than run into a relationship blind without God’s anointing or blessing over it. I also learned that I am still not the women I need to be for my godly man. God is still doing work in me. So I know this season is of growth and learning how to be a Godly woman. I don’t want no ordinary relationship. I want God to put me in a godly relationship that will make the enemy tremble because He knows we will do great things for the kingdom and only glorify our God ♥️

I can relate. The only thing is that I am having second thoughts about marrying him because I've wanted a man that leads and steers our relationship to God. He knows God and I believe he's fighting his own battles when it comes to coming to God fully but I wish his focus, and love towards God was shown more through his life. I don't have it in me to lead a man, or force a man into praying with me, or going to church with me. Only hope I'm not judging him so I'll continue praying for him.

They admit when they have been wrong and how they work on themselves, more like allow God to. And tbh, the other day I was sitting and thinking that if i can allow God to do that to and for me and i actually believe that the man He has for me is a Godly man, sent by Him, i would be able to handle being called out and being led because i know that it would ultimately be coming from God. Marriage is for those who can walk and be one with God together. Marriage is also for THOSE GOD PUTS TOGETHER HIMSELF. Read the word. You will see God’s hand in all marriages. God has His will for everyone who follows. Watch Him work in your life and give Him praise. NOTHING is impossible for God to accomplish. If God can: create the world with HIS breath, make one barren or unbarren, make one great or bring one low, take one out and bring back to life, and cause even weapons of mass destruction to turn back on its own to the enemy. Tell everyone that if marriage isn’t for everyone. Then why did God bless man and tell them to multiply? God will have HIS ways. No one can stop HIM. If God brings about a child out of wedlock, then that is God’s Glory yet to be fulfilled. But when we enter into His court presenting Him with marriage, we better hold on to a great testing of faith with HIM and with each other. In marriage, you enter into a formal agreement with the LORD to walk in HIS ways, and to teach your children to do the same. God may hate divorce but, He will separate what HE feels will not benefit you in your spiritual walk with Him. Then HE will turn to your children and work in their lives to make sure HIS glory will be fulfilled. Amen?

BUT, if you ask Him for help He will help you so long as you listen to Him. If you don’t listen, HE won’t listen. But He is compassionate unto the thousandth generation who loves Him. So, call on Him for help, ask away all the questions of your heart. Talk with Him and HE will talk with you. Invite Him and He will come. Present your cases and He will find justice for your case. “Marriage isn’t for everyone” is a humanly excuse to not be ONE with God. When you decide not to marry and base all of your previous experiences on your past relationships. How could you even think of marrying? Marriage is for those who want to gain a closer relationship with the LORD. It is in fact GOD who ordains everything. Marriage is sacred and holy to the LORD. If you date then pray to God your desires of the relationship you would like to have. And be specific. If your aren’t specific with God, He will find you someone without your desired specifics. If you ask with specifics, God will find you that one in whom HE FEELS is best and right for you.

I told her I see/want the better version of herself that she’s giving to me and to herself, but she still felt she wasn’t good enough for me, and truth is she was Perfect for me, I wasn’t gonna let her settle😭🖤

I’m so sorry for your pain right now. I hope you’re back together. I think the hard thing is even when we (women) want to be encouraged, we are still creatures with emotions. If the push-push-push isn’t coupled with love, with grace, hugs, kindness and words of affirmation, if we are in a weak, vulnerable place, it feels like being pushed off a cliff instead of pushing us to fly. We do need breaks and we need to know we are loved or it just feels like being criticized even when that was never intended at all. We can get overwhelmed. “He remembers that we are but dust.” Love should be foremost or everyone will get emotionally/spiritually/mentally dislocated and disoriented. I don’t know you and know what you do, but sometimes it’s the male-versus-female language in HOW we come across that breaks down how something is coming across. Not a Christian book, and an older one but a goodie, but “Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus” is beneficial for communication. We are created by God both but we are quite different, and meant to be. Maybe something could have come across differently than what was intended. Anyway, I broke a rule: don’t give unsolicited advice-that spans both genders. See? Good intent can fail quite easily if we have a goal/point to make but lose sight of why we do it. Anyway, I certainly hope you two made up and healed whatever was going on between you. ❤

I don't think our gender is the main key here at all. Everybody needs their emotions validated, instead of only pushing. And pushing someone to be better somehow is not love, it is just a tiny part of it, and we all need grace, caring, listening, understanding etc with that. And also, no matter how close he/she is, sometimes we think we are doing good but we don't know the real reasons of the other person. We should always, always, listen to each other with acceptance, so that we get to understand them and then know what kind of support they actually need. I'll tell an easy example. I can push my husband with words like "Have you already sent that email, it is important!" and he would feel like I think he is a child, and he cant even send one email. Or, I could have listened to my husband when he told me that he feels bad because of always forgetting important small things like bills or emails, and I could word that out gently: "I am just reminding you about the email you told me about, do it when you want and tell me when you don't want me to remind you anymore. I can check the spelling in it if it helps, just ask." And he feels like I love him, not like I judge him. And if he forgets after all, I accept it and let him know that I don't judge. He probably feels bad about it already (example not based on true story). And we always have to be ready for the other one being just an actual human who may never change like we wanted. That is the person I love, after all. I don't love the imaginary potential but the flawed person. Also true in loving ourselves. :D God loved us when we were sinners, and He let us know that in quite a radical way.

There are times it pulls me under, and it's difficult to pull myself back up. Last year when I was 12 in March, God got ahold of me. He's been a big impact on my life more than ever. I've been praying alot, and reading God's word. I've been asking for correction, because I want to be the best me I can be. I can't be like anyone else, nor do I wish it. I only wish to be better. That's why I pray and ask for direction, and a good attitude, etc. People tell me so often, how nice I am, and I forget to thank God for making me who I am today. He's answered so many of my prayers, it makes me rejoice. God bless you all.

I LOVE how Brother Flowers asked the question a 2nd time, "Are you SURE you want to marry a Godly man.....When he keeps asking you, 'So, when are you going to write that book?' 'When are you going to apologize to your Mom?' " It will be a challenge, but one well worth it marrying a man of God.

@Adrian, that's actually not the right question. By virtue of the fact that she's a daughter of the most high King, she is deserving of a Kingdom husband. Her identity and what she deserves should never be up for debate, because of who she is in Christ. The real question is if she's ready for her King of a husband.

The real question is, "Are men sure they are ready for a Godly woman?" I find so often that women are faithful to God, serving in church, and are established in their education and finances while many single men are either totally absent from the church or fall short of what God is calling them to be; Leaders.

I say this as a Christian woman that’s been saved for 10 years and has encountered “Single Godly men” who were having sex with several women while pastoring a church .... they won’t stay still long enough for God to transform and heal them to become those Kings and leave a legacy...

There are not enough godly men for the godly women in this world. That’s just the truth. Wish the church can be honest and upfront about this, so it can be addressed, and women can be given practical advice instead of just “wait on the Lord” for a man who may never come.

Shena Walker right?! I would LOVE that too, but frankly, in my years of singleness, I’ve yet to witness a “godly man” who is actually about that life of leading & motivating his lady toward such a lifestyle of spiritual accountability. But when I tell you this IS a lifestyle and character trait I pray about when I pray for him, I mean it, because it’s literally something I find very attractive. I want to be able to grow and be lead while being a helpmate rather than finding roles reversed and adding strain to relationship. And I say strain because it’s been my experience in dating, to pull the weight and it’s just not for me anymore. I need a whole godly man. And that’s that on that, or I’m perfectly fine, single. Lol
