Thankfully on days that start out dreary Polly and other therapists with PFP give me the opportunity to clear away the clouds and allow the sunshine in. So very grateful for this amazing opportunity!! Thank you everyone 🥰

Thank you very much, Polly for the great and wonderful exercise! I tried my best to keep up with your pace and I tried also to remember all the steps and the patterns. It is a challenge with my new brain, but I tried my very best anyway to go along and to catch up with you. I did have a great time and felt better after the exercise.

Hi Polly! Great workout! Thanks for the mention! I do like that number 8 exercise!! I stood through most of it, but the standing portion was great. Challenging but doable! Adding the legs to the “up, up, across across” exercise took some practice! Thank you for keeping us challenged!

Hi Eric, I think a lot of us are liking that Number 8 exercises-and, you know what? I think that is what we will call it from now on since we used it as number 8 in the 2-4-6-8 exercise this week-I like that--thanks for the idea! I am happy to know the standing portion was challenging for you!! Your feedback is always so helpful!!! Have a good week, Eric!

Helloooo Polly! I thoroughly enjoyed the workout today and found it challenging, which I enjoy. Loved the standing option exercises but struggled to keep up (balance issues). Saying that, I try and push myself as much as I can. Your enthusiasm and energy make it much more interesting, so thank you :o) Amanda, England
