Join PFP Instructor Polly Caprio in this FUN 40-minute workout for your body and brain! This workout includes exercises that improve your core strength and balance while challenging your cardio and coordination. You can do this entire workout seated. You read that right! You can get a full body, effective workout without standing up. If you're hoping to give your balance an additional challenge, there will be standing exercises toward the end of the workout to help you finish strong! Happy exercising!

good cognitive. stretching and motion. Would be better if more standing stuff done. Also more exercises for bradykenisia pls. we had a taste of it here. Thanx Polly. Regards to Cooper.

i like your exerises but righy now cant seem to finish each one. i find i have to lean back in the chair. hopefully i willincreas my stamina!

Carol, don't be too hard on yourself. These videos are tricky and strenuous. You can break them down into shorter sections (10-20 minutes), and little by little, I bet you will see improvement in your stamina. We are proud of you for trying and look forward to hearing about your progress!!
Hi Polly, I have a request. Can you incorporate toe exercises? The toes play a very important role when walking and for balance. My friend who lost his big toe due to an accident became unable to walk, ( That was more than 20 years ago and I don't know how is he doing now.) I know it is cumbersome to be barefoot in the middle,,,,,
