Great new session for me and challenging !! Love finding new ways of addressing areas that are weaker than we know!! I love the music, it makes embracing my imperfections much easier and having my cheerleader in the background is awesome!! I’ll definitely be doing this one again!! Hi Michael - thank you for your support and for working so hard. Thank you for joining us 3 times a week - good for you . I'm sure you have already seen some good results. I appreciate your suggestion of adding more hand exercises. I will see if I can include some fine motor moves to assist you with your dexterity. I generally work with large muscle/gross motor moves but I can see about fine motor as well. Thank you!!

Thank you Lauren! This was the exercise routine that had my name written all over it! My most problematic symptoms are the ones that affect my gait. This was definitely a challenge! Each section had a part that I could manage and a part that I needed a lot more focus and concentration! I don’t know how you do it Lauren, but the way you come up with something new to challenge us is amazing! I’ve been working out with PFP for over 2 years and it’s never felt repetitive or boring! It’s always FUN and a challenge!

Woow what a great session. This one was great for Paula as she has the gait issues you mentioned at the start. We used small books in-stead of a cone. The exercises were tricky to start with but by the end Paula was just about mastering them (I was struggling!) Many thanks Paula and Jon

YAY for you Paula. This one actually got me sore for a few days after. My legs are not used to doing so much lateral motion so I know now it is something I should be working on more. hahahah I'm really glad Paula was successful by the end. It's good feeling right? Jon....keep practicing , you'll get it. 🤣 Thanks so much for your comments.

Thank you very much for all these excellent exercises. I am sure you put lots of time and effort to make them all different and interesting. We will continue use them to fight PD.
