    Hey there . Thanks for this video. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain since 2018 after a back injury and subsequent surgery. I’m getting better , learning about mind body issues and the work of Dr Sarno. I really like how you emphasized the fear connection. Fear is a crippler. But it can be overcome . I’m working on it. Thanks again for the meditation and your information KZread channel. I know some people that need this help but they resist the mind body connection. I hope somehow this kind of science backed info can be mainstreamed ! It needs to be radically mainstreamed.

Many of my patients resist MindBody stuff...because...many experience shame/fear...resistance serves a function...and once that function no longer serves its purpose...we start to be more receptive.
