This is great! I also like that you have the black screen for this! The only thing is the meditation comes in quiet and then at the end your summary comes in a lot louder and startles me each time 🤣 Do you have any meditations about parts softening so that sleep can come? I have been searching for a while for IFS meditations that help Guide into sleep but haven’t found any.
