S.T.O.P. Skill - Processing the Unexpressed Emotions

In this video, you learn about a skill called: S.T.O.P.
The STOP skill is a great way to experience emotions--to process them--versus fighting them--so you can retraining the brain-mind-body that it is OKAY to safely feel and experience those difficult thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations we all too often try to get rid of --and only to show up again.
