Loving-Kindness Meditation (15 Minutes)
Loving-Kindness meditation is a very powerful practice to use on a daily basis. This is also a great meditation to use when you find yourself building anger, resentment, dialoguing on how you will set a person straight the next time you see them and so on. Getting drunk in your thoughts-emotions only serves to wind you up and fire you up, which often leads us to a place where we do not wish to be or become the person we do not wish to be. So-give this meditation a go. It will help you release than unnecessary suffering.

I watched you with Dr. Hanscom! I was in his group for a couple months. Love him but am struggling again with this facial/head pain! Hoping to get my nervous system settled down again!

If you don’t already, have 10 min set aside every morning fir breath work. I will be creating a video on various breath works m, why use them (all based in solid & helpful science), and how to.
