Top 3 Reasons Why Self Compassion is So Difficult

Self compassion is key to your chronic pain and or/trauma healing journey journey. Why? Whenever we engage in chronic emotional suppression and self judgment, we activate our stress response, which can sensitize body sensations and create unnecessary psychological struggles (a.k.a., suffering).

Now that you know that…your awareness-make a commitment to rise each day…with a value of: love/kindness/self-compassion. It’s a choice, a way of living. Simply begin again ❤️‍🩹

It’s a new language/skill for the healing to occur, not just psychologically, but both physiological states and psychological states to promote healing. It is nearly impossible to heal until we feel safe enough. Hence, self compassion is a skill set to promote that opportunity. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. In the coming weeks. I’ll have several new videos coming out. Thanks again ☀️
