30-minute full-body + abs barre Pilates workout with Laura Henshaw

Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw have teamed up with Women’s Health UK for an exclusive 14-day Pilates challenge to suit all levels, and their third workout is this 30-minute full-body session with an ab focus. It’s formatted to suit all levels, as Laura and master KIC trainer Kika will offer you regression and progression options from start to finish, as well as coaching you through all the form cues you need to do each exercise correctly. Here’s everything else you need to know.
Equipment needed: Chair, pilates ball, 1-2kg dumbbells
Exercises:
Heel elevated squat + pulse + abduction
First position squat + pulse + adduction
Quadruped downdog to knee hover
Quadruped knee hover + pulse
Hip thrust + offering
Hip thrust + overhead press
Hip thrust + lateral raise
Crunches
Crunch hold + ball pulse
Hundreds
Tabletop crunches
Sit ups + pulse
Bridging
Boat pose + single leg knee tuck
The full workout should take you 40 minutes.
