This is an advanced fast-paced 30-minute yoga flow filled with heart, shoulder and hip-openers, lots of dolphins, as well as opportunities to go upside down. As this is a fast-paced class, I recommend pausing the video whenever you need to work on the transitions and poses. Feel free to do a short warm up of sun salutations before you begin class, and repeat this as many times as needed for you not to rely on the video anymore.

Amazing practice but need more time to settle into each pose (breathe into the pose) and gain the benefits. Feels a bit rushed but good practice ✌🏽

Ohhh believe artuarians i feel so blessed that finally i understand who can help me to be more trusting and have complete confidence in You inlove You and want to experience Even more this realization that i AM SO sure about it . Help me thibk and connect with the frecuencies that You allow
I dont mind a strong practise but what I dont like is the very strong back bends so early on. You can do some real damage with this!

Hello Saskia! Thank you kindly for your opinion. I understand that these backbends might be strong for some, but these should be taken to the extent appropriate for your body. Every backbend can be taken at a scale according to how you are feeling, or how deep of a backbend you naturally have. I would only consider the last bow pose with a flipped grip a strong backbend for my body, and as such the previous backbends though effortful are warm-up backbends for me. As this is a short class without sun salutations, you may like to do some surya namaskar beforehand. As long as one is listening to their body and moving accordingly, no damage should be possible. I am sorry you feel that way.
