I'm here on second day of pilates hiit chalenge Yay!! 💪🏼 Today was a killer! I've done the first video before and it's awesome, it feels so good! And this workout is fire! First time doing one of your workouts, thank you for the awesome sweat session! I really liked the different combo moves you incorporated, it was challenging and perfect for working every muscle group. With that said, it was difficult to keep up at times with all the different moves and no preview beforehand. A short preview before each exercise during the rest period would be super helpful.

I feel like doing more than the calendar said so I added this one to it and good thing I did because I thought I wouldn't be able to do the second part but surprisingly the first one was the toughest to me. Now I feel accomplished haha

Second time doing this one. At the end of the 4 week beginners’ one and this time round was still challenging but I got through it noticeably easier. I can’t believe i finished it! Can’t wait to see what you have next 😬

I’ve started doing this one every evening. I will switch it up after a little while but I am still going strong with the 60 min HIIT at 5am. I’m really challenging myself by not taking a 15 second rest and I just go straight into the next exercise!! So much fun, so much sweat!! 💕💕

As probably mentioned in the video, you must press your pubic bone down into the mat, squeeze your glutes, and pull your navel to your spine. An extra thick mat may also provide more comfort. I move EVERYDAY! Whether it’s Pilates, HIIT, jogging, walking, dancing, teaching, filming for IG & KZread...or often a combination of a few things! AND I fuel my body with clean healthy foods. It sounds simple and it is...yes, you have to put in the effort and hard work...but it’s a simple formula. Move your body and fuel it correctly. Hope this helps! 🥰💖💪🏼
